The SmartSCADA Package Includes:

Hardware: 
Standardized on world-class, tested and proven components to provide a robust platform for service.  SmartSCADA offers a Dell® PC-based workstation, running Microsoft Windows™ XP, Dell® Ethernet switches and Lantronix® Terminal servers. Components the Utility can trust for reliability and best-in-class customer support.

Software: 
User-friendly, powerful, pre-installed, commissioned and tested, assuring total quality for the Utility.  Survalent SCADA software and Graphical User Interface (GUI) provides unparalleled ease-of-use, yet is feature-rich, allowing the Utility simplicity up front, but capability as functionality is needed.

Key Applications: 
For Configuration of Intelligent Electronic Devices (IED’s) and export of data are included.  Included in the package is the ability to automate the database creation for common IED’s.  The Utility also has the ability for one click export of historical data to Microsoft Excel™ or Access™ for further analysis.

Commissioning: 
The system is pre-configured, and Factory Acceptance Tested; a guarantee that the system is fully functional and ready for operation.  Survalent Technical personnel will provide on-site commissioning of the system.

Training: 
As a part of the package, Survalent offer’s a two part training opportunity to ensure the Utility is comfortable and proficient with the operation of the system.  One week’s training is provided at Survalent’s training facility and during commissioning, the a Survalent technical representative will provide further training to the users. 

Project Management: 
Survalent provides experienced personnel to provide project oversight for the Utility assuring that components are configured correctly, software is installed, functioning properly and schedules are met.
