Orlando, Florida – February 9, 2016 – Today at DistribuTECH 2016, Survalent Technology announced it will develop and promote its SCADA technology as part of Oracle Utilities’ advanced distribution management solution for utilities. Survalent and Oracle Utilities are demonstrating the interoperability of their products this week at DistribuTECH.
Building on interoperability development activity in 2015, Survalent will collaborate with Oracle Utilities on additional enhancements to its industry leading SCADA software. Oracle Utilities is in the process of productizing the Survalent data acquisition engine, developed through decades of R&D and proven in hundreds of installations worldwide.
Survalent SCADA technology with the Oracle Utilities Network Management System (NMS) can offer a complete scalable ADMS solution to customers. Utilities can achieve the benefits of the Smart Grid including operations efficiency and resiliency gains, and improved customer service and satisfaction levels.
Working with Oracle Utilities can help Survalent expand its distribution footprint and increase its engagement with larger utilities worldwide.
