Jamie Macdonald representing the City of Lethbridge, Alberta will share why the city chose to implement OMS. He will offer a walk-through of a typical outage scenario before and after implementing OMS. To demonstrate this, he will use real-time data to describe the benefits and time saved after fully integrating their OMS with their SCADA and ADMS solutions. He will also discuss the challenges they’ve experienced, how the city has resolved them, and demonstrate how they’ve improved their efficiency, reliability, customer service, and transparency.
